The ENRICH processes and outcomes were presented at the 12th International Conference of ELF entitled "ELF awareness and ELT", which was organized by the University of Antioquia, Medellin, Colombia, on 2-3 July 2019. Emphasis was placed on the findings of the Needs Analysis study carried out in the framework of the project and the theoretical background and aims of the ENRICH CPD Course, as regards integrating ELF awareness in multilingual classrooms in Europe and beyond.
- In total, three presentations were given by the ENRICH researchers, putting ENRICH at the map as a highly important and innovative project generating new knowledge in the field:"ELF awareness in English language teaching: A hands-on perspective", Invited Plenary Presentation by Nicos Sifakis (Hellenic Open University), the ENRICH Project Coordinator
- "Portuguese learners' perceptions and awareness of ELF: Preliminary findings of an Erasmus+ Project (ENRICH)” by Lili Cavalheiro, Luis Guerra and Ricardo Pereira (ULICES, University of Lisbon, Portugal)
- "ELF-aware teaching in multilingual settings: Steps and stories from the classroom" by Stefania Kordia (Hellenic Open University; presented by Nicos Sifakis)
The presentations were attended by approximately 200 English language teachers, teacher educators and researchers from around the world.
